This second edition of the festival is organized by the Regional Program for Energy Security and Climate Change in Latin America (EKLA) of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) and includes topics such as technology, financing, and public policies in the region.

The Festival is designed for everyone to explore, learn, and network at their own pace, and looks for:

• Publicize the advances of the circular economy in the Latin American region.
• Promote a discussion for a sustainable reactivation and build bridges to generate financing and investment opportunities.
• Set research and development as a necessary line to develop circular business models.
